This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at pt. capella multidana. The population in this was 492 people, with a sample 81 people 90% confidence interval. technique used sampling is purposive sampling. data analysis tool uses SPSS. results show that has positive insignificant effect PT. Capella Multidana. Organizational Emotional but not significant Culture Job direct smaller than indirect commitment.
